Shipping & Returns

Shipping 
● We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. 
● Every Terra Tones piece is packed with care — please allow 3–5 business days for 
processing before your order ships. 
● You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way. 

Returns 
● Because our collections are crafted in limited, small-batch runs, all sales are final. 
● If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll make it right. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, in original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery. 

Exchanges 
● If you need a different size or colour, we gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of 
purchase. 
● Customers cover the cost of shipping items back to us. Exchanges are limited to one per order. 
● Please note: sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
